Research on Improving the System for Deep Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy
Establishing a sound system for the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy is necessary for the deepening development of the digital economy,and provides direction guidance for the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.On the basis of systematically reviewing the evolution of the existing policy system to promote the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy,this article elaborates on the practical significance and institutional considerations of improving the deep integration of the real economy and the digital econ-omy,the institutional supply gap in the process of industrial digitization,and the institutional exploration to solve the insufficient supply of data elements.Improving the institutional construction related to the digital economy can promote the penetration of digital technology into the real economy,which is conducive to the deep integration of the real econ-omy and the digital economy.Based on the theory of technology diffusion that complements institutional and technolog-ical progress,it is proposed that policies promoting the penetration of digital technology into the real economy and im-proving data infrastructure systems should be the key directions for improving the deep integration of the real economy and digital economy.With the deepening of digital transformation and the strengthening of the support of the digital e-conomy for the transformation and upgrading of the real economy,relevant policy designs should focus on the deep in-tegration of the real economy and the digital economy based on promoting the innovative application of digital technolo-gy and data elementization.
