数字经济对绿色创新效率的影响——基于人口高质量发展的视角

基于人口高质量发展支撑中国式现代化的视角,采用2013-2021年全国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,选取双向固定效应面板模型、面板门槛模型以及机制分析进行实证检验,试图廓清数字经济对绿色创新效率的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现,数字经济对绿色创新效率提升起着显著的促进作用,且区域差异明显;人口高质量发展是数字经济赋能绿色创新效率的重要传导路径。就数字经济对绿色创新效率的影响而言,数字经济和人口高质量发展均在其中存在显著的门槛效应,且分别在跨越单一门槛和双重门槛后,数字经济均可显著提升绿色创新效率。因此,抓好数字经济发展,深入挖掘数字经济赋能人口高质量发展路径,弥合区域数字经济发展鸿沟,对绿色创新效率的提升具有重要作用。
The Impact of Digital Economy Development on Green Innovation Efficiency:From the Perspective of High-Quality Population Development
Based on the perspective that high-quality population development supports Chinese-style moderniza-tion,this paper uses panel data from 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)across China between 2013 and 2021.It selects a two-way fixed-effects panel model,a panel threshold model,and mechanism analysis for empirical testing,aiming to investigate the impact and mechanism of digital economy development on green innovation efficiency.The research demonstrates that digital economy development significantly contributes to promoting green in-novation efficiency,with noticeable regional disparities.Moreover,high-quality population development serves as a crucial pathway for enabling green innovation efficiency through the digital economy.Regarding the influence of digital economy development on green innovation efficiency,both key variables-namely,digital economy and high-quality population development level exhibit significant threshold effects.After surpassing the single and double thresholds,respectively,digital economy development substantially enhances green innovation efficiency.Therefore,it is impera-tive to focus on the development of digital economy,delve into avenues to enabling high-quality population develop-ment through the digital economy,and bridge regional gaps in digital economic development to effectively enhance green innovation efficiency.
