麦冬皂苷D的药理作用研究进展

麦冬皂苷D是从中药麦冬中提取出的甾体皂苷类成分，具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、降脂、心肌保护作用、神经保护作用、胃肠道保护、调节骨代谢等广泛的药理作用。该文对近些年麦冬皂苷D的药理作用研究进行了综述和分析，为其进一步开发提供参考。
Research Progress in Pharmacological Effects of Ophiopogonin D
Ophiopogonin D is steroid saponins extracted from the Chinese herb Ophiopogonis Radix,and has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,lipid lowering,myocardial protection,neuroprotection,gastrointestinal protection,and regulation of bone metabolism.In this article,researches on the pharma-cological effects of ophiopogonin D conducted in recent years are reviewed and analyzed,to provide reference for its further development.
