甘肃玉门火烧沟墓地第二次发掘简报

摘要
1990年7～8月,甘肃省文物考古研究所对玉门火烧沟墓地进行了第二次发掘,发掘总面积910平方米,共清理四坝文化墓葬26座,出土了较多的陶、玉、石、骨、金属质等文物.火烧沟墓地是迄今为止发现的最大的一处四坝文化墓地.该墓地的发掘为深入研究河西走廊青铜时代的社会和文化,以及早期中西文化交流提供了一批具有重要价值的物质资料.
Abstract
From July to August 1990,the Gansu Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology conducted the second excavation of the Huoshaogou cemetery,covering an area of 910 square meters.In total 26 Siba culture burials were uncovered,yielding a large number of artifacts made of ceramic,jade,stone,bone,and metal,etc.The Huoshaogou cemetery is one of the largest Siba culture cemeteries that have been found heretofore.The discovery of this cemetery provides material of significant value for further studying the Bronze Age society and culture in the Hexi Corridor as well as early East-West cultural exchanges.
