Kangju was a major country in the Western Regions during the Han Dynasty,which is of great significance to the study of border relations and foreign exchanges between the Western Han and the Eastern Han Dynasties.Over the past hundred years,Russia and Central Asian countries scholars have accumulated a large number of archaeological materials related to the Kangju,represented by tombs,and have conducted a certain degree of research.In order to increase domestic scholars'understanding of relevant materials,this article systematically sorts out the discovery and research of Kangju tombs.While affirming the achievements of predecessors,it also analyzes the shortcomings in its research field,hoping to provide a basis for the academic community to study related issues.
