摘要
在全面依法治国和新文科建设的历史背景之下,法治人才应当是法律硕士新的培养目标.法治人才是具备法律职业伦理和法治思维,兼具本土与国际视野,能够熟练掌握法律知识和技能的专业人才.针对当前我国法律硕士在培养方式和人才能力结构上与法学硕士趋同、培养同质化以及欠缺法治思维培养等问题,提出了强化法律硕士实务培养、差异化发展以及法治思维教育的相关建议.
Abstract
Under the historical background of comprehensive rule of law and the construction of new lib-eral arts,rule of law talents should be the new training goal of LLM Rule of law talents are profession-als who have legal professional ethics and rule of law thinking,have both local and international per-spectives,and can master legal knowledge and skills.In view of the current convergence of LLM and LLM in China's training methods and talent capacity structure,the homogeneity of LLM training in colleges and universities,and the lack of rule of law thinking cultivation of LLM,relevant suggestions are put forward to strengthen the practical training of LLM,promote the differentiated development of LLM,and strengthen the education of LLM on rule of law.
