效率型商业模式创新对创业企业成长绩效影响的实证研究——高管团队断裂带的调节效应

摘要
效率型商业模式创新究竟对创业企业成长绩效产生何种影响,现有研究鲜有涉及.以 2010-2020 年创业板上市公司数据为样本,采用广义最小二乘法实证分析效率型商业模式创新对企业成长绩效的影响,同时考察高管团队断裂带对上述关系产生的调节效应.实证分析结果表明:创业企业实施效率型商业模式创新对提升其成长绩效具有显著的促进作用,高管团队任务相关断裂带和社会分类断裂带对效率型商业模式创新与创业企业成长绩效关系均具有显著的正向调节作用.根据实证分析结论,为创业企业实施效率型商业模式创新,提升创业企业成长绩效提出了相应的对策建议.
Abstract
What is the impact of efficiency-centered business model innovation on the growth perform-ance of entrepreneurial firms?Few researches have answered this question.Based on the data of Chi-nese entrepreneurial firms during the period from 2010 to 2020,this paper uses the generalized least square method to empirically analyze the impact of efficiency-centered business model innovation on firm growth performance.Simultaneously,this paper investigates the moderating role of top manage-ment team faultlines on the above relationship.The empirical results show that the implementation of efficiency-centered business model innovation by start-ups can significantly promote their growth per-formance,and both top management team task-related faultlines and bio-demographic faultlines have significant and positive moderating effect on the relationship between efficiency-centered business mod-el innovation and growth performance of entrepreneurial firms.According to the empirical analysis re-sults,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for entrepreneurial firms to implement efficiency-centered business model innovation and improve their growth perform-ance.
