摘要

基于 2006-2019 年我国 29 个省(市)面板数据,实证分析了数字经济发展对节能减排效率的影响效应和作用机制.研究表明:数字经济发展可有效促进节能减排效率提升;市场化发展和能源结构优化是数字经济推动节能减排的有效路径;此外,产业结构高级化、人力资本积累和环境规制有利于提高节能减排效率,而城市规模扩张和对外贸易依存度过大,不利于节能减排效率的改善.

Abstract

Based on the panel data of 29 provinces and municipalities in mainland China from 2006 to 2019,this paper empirically analyzes the impact effect and mechanism of Development of Digital Econ-omy(DDE)on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Efficiency(ECERE).Research shows that the DDE has played a positive role in ECERE.The results of mechanism test show that marketiza-tion development and energy structure optimization are effective ways for DDE to promote ECERE.In addition,the advanced industrial structure,human capital accumulation and environmental regulation are conducive to improving the ECERE.However,urban expansion and excessive dependence on for-eign trade are not conducive to the improvement of ECERE.
