数字普惠金融与流动人口创业——基于CMDS数据的实证分析

摘要
基于 2017 年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据和中国普惠金融指数匹配数据,考察了数字普惠金融发展对我国流动人口创业选择的影响.实证研究发现:数字普惠金融对流动人口创业具有显著促进作用.分项指标分析表明,数字普惠金融通过覆盖广度、使用深度两个方面对流动人口创业产生了促进作用.异质性分析表明,数字普惠金融对农村户籍在城市打拼的个体、低教育水平、低收入阶层等群体的促进作用更加显著,显示出明显的"数字红利"效应,而非"数字鸿沟"效应.研究表明数字普惠金融对于我国流动人口创业活动的影响具有普惠性特征.
Abstract
Based on the 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey and the digital financial inclusion index da-ta,this paper analyzes the impact of digital financial inclusion on the entrepreneurship of the floating population.it is found that digital financial inclusion has a significant positive effect on the entrepre-neurship of the floating population.From the analysis of the sub-indices of the financial inclusion,it is found that the financial inclusion index mainly promotes the entrepreneurship of the floating population through two aspects:the breadth of coverage and the depth of use.The analysis of heterogeneity shows that digital financial inclusion has a more significant impact on the entrepreneurial choices of individuals with rural household registration in the city,or individuals with low education levels and the low-income groups.It shows a clear"digital dividend"effect rather than a"digital dividend"effect.The paper shows that digital financial inclusion has the characteristics of inclusiveness for the entrepreneurial ac-tivities of the floating population.
