Exploration of Talent Cultivation Community in Research-based Universities from the Perspective of Industry-education Integration:Taking Practice of Talent Cultivation in Tongji University Technology Industry as an Example
Tongji University has strategically organized to promote the organic integration of talent cul-tivation,discipline construction,scientific and technological(S&T)innovation and industrial develop-ment,innovatively explored the characteristic model of the industry-education integration and science-education integration to achieve a win-win situation in discipline and industry,and formed a talent culti-vation community.By building a collaborative platform for integrated education and innovation with multiple factors and scenarios,and constructing a holistic innovation and entrepreneurship service sys-tem in all phases,Tongji University aims to build a symbiotic innovation and entrepreneurship ecosys-tem with"four-chain integration",as well as supports the cultivation of outstanding engineers and top-notch innovative talents.Constructing talent cultivation community has increased the capacity of teach-ers and students for S&T innovation and S&T achievement transformation,supported the construction of first-class disciplines,promoted the high-quality development of the university's science and technol-ogy industry and formed a unique concept and paradigm of industry-oriented education with Tongji characteristics.
