高校创业失败教育:概念解析、价值意蕴与路径设计

摘要
创业失败教育是高校创业教育的重要组成部分,不仅有助于大学生形成正确的创业认知、创业精神和创业能力,也是推进新时代大学生全面发展的重要保障.然而,当前创业失败教育研究较为匮乏,难以为我国高校创业教育和创业实践提供理论支持.基于创业失败教育的独特性及与其他教育形式的差异性,解析了高校创业失败教育的内涵,解决创业失败教育"是什么"的问题;从创业教育高质量发展、创业认知、学习能力以及创业失败与成功的辩证关系等揭示了创业失败教育的价值,解决创业失败教育"为什么"的问题;从创业失败教育目标、课程育人、师资队伍和文化氛围等方面设计了高校创业失败教育的实践路径,解决创业失败教育"怎么做"的问题,为进一步完善我国高校创业教育的理论和实践提供决策参考.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship failure education is an important part of entrepreneurship education in uni-versities,which not only helps college students to form correct entrepreneurial cognition,entrepre-neurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability,but also is an important guarantee to promote the all-round development of college students in the new era.However,at present,there is a lack of research on en-trepreneurship failure education,which is difficult to provide theoretical support for entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship practice in universities in China.Based on the uniqueness of entrepre-neurship failure education and its differences with other educational forms,this paper analyzes the con-notation of entrepreneurship failure education in universities,and solves the problem of'what is it'.This paper reveals the value of entrepreneurial failure education from the aspects of high-quality devel-opment,entrepreneurial cognition,learning ability and the dialectical relationship between entrepre-neurial failure and success,and solves the'why'problem of entrepreneurial failure education.This pa-per designs the practical path of entrepreneurship failure education in universities from the aspects of educational objectives,curriculum education,teaching staff and cultural atmosphere,and solves the problem of'how to do'of entrepreneurship failure education.It can provide decision-making reference for the theory and practice of entrepreneurship education in universities in China.
