摘要
跨区域协同创新是创新驱动下促进经济高质量发展的必然选择,对跨区域协同创新绩效进行评价有助于有针对性地制定区域创新政策、促进区域发展.首先梳理和探讨了跨区域协同创新绩效评价的内涵,并对评价指标体系构建和评价方法的有关内容进行综述,最后就跨区域协同创新绩效评价进行述评,对未来研究提出展望,以期为相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Cross regional collaborative innovation is an inevitable choice to promote high-quality econom-ic development under the innovation-driven strategy,and evaluating cross regional collaborative innova-tion performance contributes to formulate regional innovation policies and promote regional develop-ment in a targeted manner.This paper compares and discusses the connotation of cross regional collab-orative innovation performance,and reviews the construction of evaluation indicator system and evalua-tion methods.Finally,this paper reviews the evaluation of cross regional collaborative innovation per-formance and presents the outlook on future research,with a view to providing reference for related re-searches.
