Research on the Construction of the Demonstration Area for the Transfer and Transformation of Scientific and Technical Achievements inYunnan
The demonstration area for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological a-chievements,which has an obvious construction trend in combination with the characteristics of each region,is an important form of regional innovation and the transformation of scientific and technologi-cal achievements in the new period.Through the construction experience summary of existing demon-stration area,the articl escribed the current situation and existing problems of transfer and transforma-tion of scientific and technical achievements in Yunnan,and analyzed the characteristics of both ends of supply and demand of scientific and technological achievements in Yunnan,and found the problems in the data comparison.Basing on the Balanced Scorecard Strategic Map,from promoting regional innova-tion and development,towards south and southeast Asia,activating the enterprise endogenous power,selection framework and four models are given.Besides the high and new tech development zone and new technology industry development zone,the border economic cooperation zone and large enterprises open innovation zone are equally important.And it explore to form a zone of science and technology,through policy ground obstruction,pilot local operation,small enterprises financing innovation and open innovation towards south and southeast Asia.
