Organizational toughness is inseparable from rich knowledge resources.The construction of the knowledge network is the main way for the new founding enterprises to conduct knowledge replace-ment and advantages in the VUCA situation.And theoretical significance.Based on the theory of knowledge network theory and resource theory,combined with the new era entrepreneurship charac-teristics,this study uses the construction of the toughness of the new founding corporate organization as a foothold in this study,and explores the mechanism of the toughness of the knowledge network embedded in the toughness of the new founding entrepreneurial organization.According to the analysis of the questionnaire data of 314 new -founder management personnel,it is found that:The knowledge network embedded is being affected by the toughness of the new founding entrepreneurial organization;The absorption capacity between the knowledge network into Mediating Role.Conclusion The process of revealing the toughness of the toughness of the knowledge network from the perspective of absorp-tion capacity is revealed that the knowledge network is driven by the toughness of the organizational en-trepreneurial organization,and the boundary of the role of network embedded theory has been expand-ed,and at the same time,it provides new ideas for the organizational management of newly founded enterprises.
