The practice of smart senior care service is the key to deal with the "silver-hair dilemma" and realise the policy of "a sense of security and care for the elderly".Based on the perspective of value co-creation,we analyse the components and operation mechanism of the smart elderly service system,and explore the possible business realisation models of the multiple co-creation of the smart elderly service system through the drawing of business model canvas.The study shows that:firstly,practicing the thinking of "user demand-driven,information platform-led,loose network construction" is the prereq-uisite for the construction of the smart elderly service system;secondly,following the principle of "value proposition delivery-value proposition matching-value network reshaping",the study finds that the value proposition is the most important element in the construction of the smart elderly service sys-tem.value proposition transfer-value proposition matching-value network reshaping-value co-creation and proliferation is the internal mechanism for the realisation of the intelligent elderly service system;thirdly,the user-driven,platform-led,digital intelligence-enabled Thirdly,the "user-driven,platform-led,digital-intelligence-empowered multi-linkage co-creation" model is the key to assist the transforma-tion of the traditional elderly care model into a smart and adaptable one.The study provides useful ide-as for the implementation of China's smart elderly service system from the aspects of theoretical logic and business scenario mapping.
