"校企联培制"模式下应用型卓越人才培养路径探究——以湖北大学知行学院为例

近年来地方应用型本科高校以服务地方经济和产业需求为己任,着重培养学生的工程和创新技术应用能力,高校与企业合作,发挥各自优势,实现生产、教学、科研的深度合作,共同完成人才培养.介绍机械类专业在新工科背景下,以培养应用型卓越人才为目标,基于"校企联培制"的总体思路,实施学校专业教学计划与企业工程师培养计划"双计划",在人才培养体系设计、校企资源整合、就业平台搭建和师资力量提升等方面进行改革,实施产教融合,提升就业能力,最终实现人才的高质量培养和就业.
Research on the Cultivation Path of Applied Excellent Talents under the Mode of "Joint Training System of School & Enterprises":Taking the Practice of School Enterprise Collaborative Education in Zhixing College of Hubei University as an Example
In recent years,local application-oriented undergraduate universities have been committed to serving local economic and industrial needs,focusing on training students' engineering technology and innovative technology application ability.Universities and enterprises make use of their respective advan-tages to achieve deep cooperation in production,teaching and scientific research,and jointly complete a mode of talent training.This paper introduces the mechanical major under the background of new engi-neering,aiming at cultivating application-oriented outstanding talents,based on the general idea of "joint training system of school & enterprises",emphasizing the "dual subjects" of schools and enterpri-ses,and implementing the "dual plans" of school professional teaching plan and enterprise engineer training plan.Reform will be carried out in aspects such as the design of personnel training system,the integration of school-enterprise resources.The university-enterprise joint training system is based on the market demand and enterprise employment demand to reverse inference the professional connotation de-velopment,implement the integration of production and education,improve the employability,and fi-nally realize the high-quality training and employment of talents.
