高校创业教育生态系统的内在属性与构建路径——基于创新螺旋视角

创新驱动发展战略的推进需要以大批创新创业人才为支撑,构建完善的高校创业教育生态系统是促进创业教育高质量发展的现实需要.创新螺旋理论试图通过整合不同角色和多元要素建设创新体系,与高校创业教育生态系统的实践内核和价值主张具有良好的适切性.基于创新螺旋视角阐述了创业教育生态系统的内在属性,该系统以政府、产业、高校及社会的协同参与为关键主体,以循环递进为育人链条,以资源共享为运行机理,以双重价值为实践取向,以开放包容的文化环境为保障.立足参与主体的功能定位,提出了高校创业教育生态系统的构建路径.
The Inherent Attributes and Construction Path of The Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Universities:Based on the Perspective of Innovation Spiral
The promotion of the innovation driven development strategy needs to be supported by a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Building a sound ecosystem of entrepreneurship edu-cation in universities is a practical need to promote the high-quality development of entrepreneurship education.The innovation spiral theory attempts to build an innovation system by integrating different roles and diverse elements,and has good relevance to the practical core and value proposition of the u-niversity entrepreneurship education ecosystem.Based on the perspective of the innovation spiral,the inherent attributes of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem are elaborated.The system takes the collaborative participation of the government,industry,universities,and society as the key subjects,takes circular progression as the education chain,takes resource sharing as the operating mechanism,takes dual value as the practical orientation,and ensures an open and inclusive cultural environment.Fi-nally,based on the functional positioning of multiple agents,a construction path for the university en-trepreneurship education ecosystem is proposed.
