In the era of digital economy,the property value of enterprise data continues to highlight,but the protection of enterprise data rights and interests is still inconclusive,the traditional private law protection path,data quasi-property right protection path and data property right protection path are in trouble.Although,the data property right protection path is also encountered bottlenecks,but com-pared with the first two paths of the dilemma is not insurmountable,it takes time to break through,the rights and interests of enterprise data need to be"tailored"through the construction of the data property right to be protected.The relationship between data property right registration and enterprise data property right is clarified.
