Algorithm recommendation technology is an intelligent distribution technology widely used in short video platforms in the era of big data.At present,the short video platform is divided into two types:providing content and technical services.The algorithm technology of the platform mainly in-cludes collaborative filtering recommendation,"decentralized"precise delivery and"traffic pool"super-imposed recommendation.Short video platform infringement includes direct infringement and indirect infringement.Direct infringement refers to the short video platform directly participating in the imple-mentation of infringement.Indirect infringement includes abetting infringement and assisting infringe-ment.How to identify indirect infringement is a difficult problem in judicial practice.Judge subjective fault from the perspective of"knowing"and"should know"in order to deal with copyright disputes.
