Team in this paper,we through the entrepreneurial decision-making simulation software plat-form,the establishment of a virtual company,roles,established the strategic and operational way,through strategic planning,demand and market analysis,brand design,marketing,human resources,manufacturing,financial management and communication cooperation aspects,analyzed the influence of the strategy and strategy choice of operation,the advantages and disadvantages of lookup decision-making,analysis of the problems existing in the decision-making operation,and improvement meas-ures are put forward.
