科技创新、经济增长与生态效益的耦合协调发展研究——以长江流域为例

科技创新、经济增长与生态效益耦合协调运行是实现长江流域经济高质量发展的必然要求.基于 2000-2022 年长江流域 11 个省市的面板数据,通过构建科技创新、经济增长与生态效益子系统评价体系,并借助熵值法与耦合协调度模型,探讨长江流域及其分区科技创新、经济增长与生态效益耦合协调的时空变化.研究结论表明:①2000-2022 年长江流域及三大分区科技创新、经济增长与生态效益子系统发展水平均呈现出上升趋势,其中科技创新与经济增长发展指数增幅明显高于生态效益发展指数.②近 23 年间,长江流域及三大分区科技创新、经济增长与生态效益耦合协调度均呈现明显提升趋势,耦合协调从失调发展到协调发展阶段,并且长江中上游省市协调阶段要滞后于长江下游省市.在空间演变过程中,长江流域耦合协调度呈现出从东向西递减的趋势,到 2022 年长江流域 11 个省市各子系统耦合协调度均达到良好协调阶段.应进一步加强长江流域科技创新、经济增长与生态效益的协同发展,并发挥好长江下游省市对中上游省市的辐射效应.
Research on the Coordinated Coordination Development of Technological Innovation,Economic Growth,and Ecological Environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt
Technological Innovation,economic growth,and ecological environment coupled coordination is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Eco-nomic Belt.Based on panel data from 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2000 to 2022,this study constructs a subsystem evaluation system for technological innovation,eco-nomic growth,and ecological environment.Utilizing entropy method and coupling coordination degree model,the spatial and temporal changes of technological innovation,economic growth,and ecological environment coupled coordination in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and its sub-regions are explored.The research findings are as follows:①From 2000 to 2022,the development levels of technological in-novation,economic growth,and ecological environment subsystems in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and its three major sub-regions have shown an overall upward trend.The development indices of techno-logical innovation and economic growth are significantly higher than that of the ecological environment.②Over the past 23 years,the coupling coordination degrees of technological innovation,economic growth,and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and its three major sub-regions have exhibited a clear increasing trend,transitioning from a state of imbalance to coordination.The coor-dination stage in the provinces and cities of the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River lags be-hind that of the lower reaches.In terms of spatial evolution,the coupling coordination degree in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a decreasing trend from east to west.By 2022,all subsystems in the 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt have reached a well-coordinated stage.Further efforts should be made to strengthen the synergistic development of technological innovation,e-conomic growth,and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and leverage the radi-ating effects of downstream provinces and cities on those in the upper and middle reaches.
