The Effect of Social Support on Re-entrepreneurial Intention:A Chain Mediation Effect Model
Successful entrepreneurs often experience entrepreneurial failure,how to recover and start a business as soon as possible after the failure is the focus of scholars.Previous studies mostly focused on the influence of individual factors on entrepreneurial intention.According to social cognitive theory,ex-ternal factors and individual factors of entrepreneurs jointly affect entrepreneurial motivation.Based on this,the study collected data through questionnaire survey and used SPSS and AMOS software to test the test how the external factor of social support affected internal factors of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial resilience,and then affected the intention of re-entrepreneurial.The results show that social support has a positive effect on the intentions of re-entrepreneurial;Entrepreneurial self-ef-ficacy and entrepreneurial resilience play a mediating role respectively and a chain mediating role to-gether in the positive effects of social support to re-entrepreneurship intention.The results of this study have certain guiding significance for how to improve the intention of Entrepreneur's re-entrepreneuria under the situation of entrepreneurial failure.
