In order to explore the strategy selection of the government,the industrial Internet platform and the manufacturing enterprises in the development process of the industrial Internet,the evolution-ary game model of the three is constructed.The evolutionary game law of the three is revealed through the analysis of the evolutionary path and stability of the three,and the influence of relevant factors on the evolutionary strategy is analyzed based on Matlab simulation.The results show that too low and too high subsidies from the government and lower penalties are not conducive to promoting the coordinated development of the government,industrial Internet platforms and manufacturing enterprises;establis-hing a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism in the process of platform empowerment is conducive to increasing the willingness of industrial Internet platforms and manufacturing enterprises to cooper-ate;on the premise of taking into account the enabling cost,the industrial Internet platform improves the enabling quality and the manufacturing enterprises enhance the absorption of endowed resources.Both situations have a positive impact on each other's willingness to cooperate.
