Measurement and Evaluation of Digital Economy Development Capacity Based on Factor Analysis Method
As a new growth point and important driving force for the development of the world econ-omy,the digital economy is of great significance to promoting the optimal allocation of resources in the economic and social fields.Starting from the five dimensions of basic industry,infrastructure,typical application,development environment and government affairs environment of the digital e-conomy,an evaluation index system for the development capacity of the digital economy was con-structed,and the factor analysis method was used to measure and evaluate the development capaci-ty of the digital economy in 10 prefectures and cities in Shaanxi Province.The results show that the overall development capacity of digital economy in Shaanxi Province is generally low and there are significant regional differences,and the scale of related equipment retail industry,e-commerce scale and Internet+industry development level are the main factors affecting the development capacity of digital economy,according to which it is proposed that the improvement of digital economy de-velopment capacity should start from promoting the integration of digital economy and real econo-my,encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to develop digital economy and actively pro-moting the application of digital economy.
