摘要
从产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生态富裕 5 个方面构建乡村振兴指标体系,运用熵值法评估省级乡村振兴综合发展水平.在此基础上,首先利用莫兰指数从全局和局域两个角度分析数字普惠金融和乡村振兴发展的空间相关性;其次,采用空间杜宾模型分析数字普惠金融对乡村振兴发展的直接影响及空间溢出效应;最后,分维度研究数字普惠金融对乡村振兴发展的影响.研究结果表明:①数字普惠金融对乡村振兴发展存在空间异质性;②数字普惠金融对本地乡村振兴发展存在正向直接效应;③受"虹吸"效应影响,数字普惠金融对周边地区乡村振兴发展存在负向空间效应.基于此,提出完善数字普惠金融体制机制、加强数字普惠金融辐射、分维度发展数字普惠金融等建议,进而促进乡村振兴的发展.
Abstract
From the perspectives of prosperous industries,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,ef-fective governance,and ecological prosperity,a rural revitalization index system is constructed,and the comprehensive development level of rural revitalization at the provincial level is evaluated using the entropy method.Based on this,firstly,the spatial correlation between inclusive digital finance and ru-ral revitalization development is analyzed from both a global and local perspective using Moran's Index.Secondly,the direct impact and spatial spillover effects of inclusive digital finance on rural revitalization development are analyzed using the spatial Durbin model.Based on this,the impact of inclusive digital finance on rural revitalization development is studied from different dimensions.The research results show that:①There is spatial heterogeneity in the impact of inclusive digital finance on rural revitaliza-tion development;②Inclusive digital finance has a positive direct effect on local rural revitalization de-velopment;③Due to the"siphon"effect,inclusive digital finance has a negative spatial effect on rural revi-talization development in surrounding areas.Finally,suggestions are made to improve the institutional mech-anisms of inclusive digital finance,strengthen the radiation of inclusive digital finance,and develop inclusive digital finance from different dimensions to promote the development of rural revitalization.
