Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management and Problem Solving
Intellectual property compliance is essentially an internal governance approach for enterprises.Promoting self-regulation of enterprises to avoid risks of intellectual property compliance in their busi-ness processes has become a consensus in governance between the government and the market under the background of building a strong intellectual property country.In response to the current problems of imbalanced protection of job achievement rights and interests,incomplete internal management mechanisms,and the lack of consensus on compliance management in China's enterprise intellectual property compliance management,it is proposed to integrate the standardization of intellectual property ownership and related interest distribution into the internal governance system framework of enterpri-ses,with the premise of consolidating consensus on compliance management,and to build a clear func-tional and effective risk prevention and control mechanism for enterprise intellectual property compli-ance management.
