基于教育生态理论的高校创新创业教育共同体构建研究

采用教育生态理论分析高校创新创业教育问题,为创新创业教育理论研究和实践实施提供新的理念指导、思维方式和实践方法.从创新创业教育多元参与主体的生态关系改善入手,围绕创新创业人才培养这一核心宗旨打造教学共同体、文化共同体、产教共同体、发展共同体,从而实现创新创业教育的生态式推进.基于教育生态理论的创新创业教育共同体的构建要结合共同体的本质属性、结构特征、运行特质和创新创业教育的内在属性、外延需求,从微观生态系统、中观生态系统、宏观生态系统 3 个方面入手打造教学共同体、文化共同体、产教共同体和发展共同体.
Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Community in Universities Based on the Theory of Educational Ecology
Adopting the theory of educational ecology to analyze the problems of innovation and entre-preneurship education in universities,providing new conceptual guidance,thinking methods,and prac-tical methods for the theoretical research and practical implementation of innovation and entrepreneur-ship education.Starting from the improvement of the ecological relationship among multiple partici-pants in innovation and entrepreneurship education,we aim to create a teaching community,cultural community,industry education community,and development community around the core purpose of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents,in order to achieve an ecological promotion of innova-tion and entrepreneurship education.The construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship education com-munity based on the theory of educational ecology should combine the essential attributes,structural charac-teristics,operational characteristics,and internal and external needs of innovation and entrepreneurship edu-cation to create a teaching community,cultural community,industry education community,and develop-ment community from three aspects:micro ecosystem,meso ecosystem,and macro ecosystem.
