In the new era,changes of digitalization in business models and learning have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of digital literacy for business talents.Through analyzing the ex-isting difficulties in cultivating digital literacy for new business talents,this paper proposed a cultiva-tion path centered on integration and cross-border,which includes reconstructing the new business tal-ent cultivation plan guided by demand,deepening the multi-agent collaborative education mechanism with projects as the platform,and innovating the whole process teaching guarantee system with reform as the engine.This industry education integration path aims to provide reference for cultivating a large number of top-notch new business talents with digital learning ability,digital thinking ability,digital innovation ability,and digital output ability.
