The Present Situation and Thinking of Science and Technology Enterprises to Fulfill the Responsibility of Education:Research on the Annual Report of Listed Companies Based on Science and Technology Innovation Board and Gem
The fulfillment of educational responsibility by science and technology enterprises is an impor-tant measure to promote the integration of science and education.It is also an objective requirement for the in-depth implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through talents and the strategy of innovation-driven develop-ment.Based on annual report of 317 science and technology enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the Growth Enterprise Market,the basic situation of science and technology en-terprises fulfilling their educational responsibilities,especially school education responsibilities,is pres-ented from two aspects:the characteristics of science and technology enterprises and the ways to fulfill their educational responsibilities.The survey found that technology-based enterprises generally fulfill the educational responsibility of employee training,but in terms of school education responsibility,the performance of technology-based enterprises is generally happy and worrying,and there are obvious differences among different types of technology-based enterprises.In order to better promote science and technology enterprises to fulfill their educational responsibilities,it is necessary to improve rele-vant policies in the direction of enhancing policy pertinence;strengthen publicity and guidance,strengthen supervision.
