摘要

专创融合是高职院校服务国家和区域重要战略、顺应产业发展的应然之举,也是高职院校大学毕业生高质量就业破题解困之匙.针对高职院校专创融合教育面临人才培养理念滞后、专创融合课程体系不完备、专创融合师资力量薄弱、专创融合缺少实践平台支撑等困境,以唐山职业技术学院专创融合的实践为案例,提出顶层设计专创融合人才培养机制、系统构建专创融合课程体系、完善专创融合师资团队、搭建专创融合实践平台等实施路径.

Abstract

"Integration of specialization and innovation"is an important strategy for higher vocational colleges to serve the country and region and conform to industrial development.It is also the key to sol-ving the problem of high quality employment of college graduates in higher vocational colleges.In view of the difficulties faced by"integration of specialization and innovation"in higher vocational colleges,such as the lagging concept of talent training,incomplete curriculum system,weak faculty strength,and lack of practical platform support for integration of specialization and innovation,Taking the prac-tice of specialization and innovation integration in Tangshan Vocational&Technical College as a case,this paper proposes the implementation path of top-level design of talent training mechanism for inte-gration of specialization and innovation,systematic construction of curriculum system for integration of specialization and innovation,improvement of teacher team,and construction of practice platform for integration of specialization and innovation.
