Measurement and Spatiotemporal Evolution Analysis of High-Quality Development Level of Green,Low-Carbon,and Circular Economy
Establishing a sound green,low-carbon,and circular development economic system is the fundamental strategy to solve China's resource,environmental,and ecological problems.Using entro-py weight method and comprehensive index method,this study measures the development of green,low-carbon,and circular economy in China from 2016 to 2021,and analyzes the evolution of the devel-opment level of green,low-carbon,and circular economy in 31 regions of China from a spatial and tem-poral dimension.The research results indicate that:①The overall level of high-quality development of China's green,low-carbon,and circular economy is showing a steady upward trend,and the transfor-mation and upgrading effect of the economic development model has been demonstrated.②The devel-opment of the five dimensional indicator system for evaluating the high-quality development of China's green,low-carbon,and circular economy is not balanced.Among them,technological innovation plays the most important role,and the energy utilization development index is gradually surpassing the industrial struc-ture There are significant regional differences in the high-quality development level of China's green,low-carbon,and circular economy.③The growth rate in the eastern region continues to accelerate,while the cen-tral region shows a slow rise,while the western region remains relatively stable.
