劳动力市场化、人力资本与绿色技术创新效率

选取 2009-2022 年中国 30 个省份的面板数据,采用 SBM-Tobit 模型分别对总体、不同等级、不同地区人力资本与绿色技术创新效率之间的关系展开研究,并在此基础上对劳动力市场化在其中发挥的调节效应进行分析.结果表明,我国总体人力资本水平有利于绿色技术创新效率的提升,且人力资本等级越高,对绿色技术创新效率的正向影响越大;异质性分析表明,只有东部和西部地区人力资本对绿色技术创新效率的影响显著为正,中部地区人力资本对绿色技术创新效率的影响为正但不显著;调节效应分析结果表明,在人力资本作用于绿色技术创新效率的活动中,劳动力市场化所起的调节效应为正,且对于等级越高的人力资本,劳动力市场化水平在其中发挥的正向调节效应越显著.因此,提升人力资本水平、优化人力资本结构、促进劳动力市场化是提高绿色技术创新效率的重要途径.
Labor Marketization,Human Capital and Green Technology Innovation Efficiency
This paper base on the 30 provinces's panel data from 2009 to 2022,and take SBM-Tobit to study the relationship between overall,different levels and different regions of human capital and green technology innovation efficiency.On this basis,the adjustment function of the labor market is deeply analyzed.The results show that,China's general human capital has a significant positive effect on green technology innovation efficiency,and the higher the human capital levels,the more significant positive impact.;The heterogeneity results show that,Only eastern and western human capital have an obvious effect on the green technology innovation efficiency,while the middle human capital have an in-significant effect on the green technology innovation efficiency.The study of moderating effect shows that,labor marketization can promote the green technology innovation efficiency by allocating the hu-man capital,and the higher the level of human capital,the more significant this positive effect is.Therefore,improving the level of human capital and promoting the continuous optimization of the labor market are important ways to improve the efficiency of green technology innovation.
