创业失败教育增强大学生再创业意愿吗?一个有调节的中介模型

摘要
构建有调节的中介模型,并基于 583 名大学生创业者样本数据,运用相关分析法、回归分析法和Bootstap方法,探究创业失败教育对再创业意愿的作用机制.研究结果表明,创业失败教育对再创业意愿具有显著的正向影响,创业韧性在创业失败教育与再创业意愿之间起中介作用,创业政策环境正向调节创业失败教育与创业韧性之间的关系,且能够正向调节创业韧性的中介作用.
Abstract
Construct a moderated mediation model and use correlation analysis,regression analysis,and Bootstrap methods based on a sample of 583 college student entrepreneurs to explore the mechanism of the effect of entrepreneurial failure education on the willingness to re start.The research results indi-cate that entrepreneurial failure education has a significant positive impact on the willingness to re start,and entrepreneurial resilience plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial failure education and the willingness to re start.The entrepreneurial policy environment positively regulates the relation-ship between entrepreneurial failure education and entrepreneurial resilience,and can positively regu-late the mediating role of entrepreneurial resilience.
