创新创业终身教育生态系统建设研究

摘要
创新创业教育和终身教育是我国"建设人力资源强国"的重要战略.创新创业终身教育生态系统将"终身教育+创新创业"理念融入系统,在微观层面建构创新创业教育生态系统基本模式、在中观层面贯通各级创新创业教育体系、在宏观层面创建良性创新创业教育生态系统环境.从而实现各级创新创业教育体系的贯通与衔接,建立起层次清晰、资源共享、有机衔接的创新创业终身教育网络,为我国的创新型发展提供坚实的人才基础和持续动力.
Abstract
Innovation and entrepreneurship education and lifelong education are important strategies of China in"building a strong country in human resources".The lifelong education ecosystem of innova-tion and entrepreneurship integrates the concept of"lifelong education+innovation and entrepreneur-ship"into the system,constructs the basic mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosys-tem at the micro level,connects the innovation and entrepreneurship education system at all levels at the middle level,and creates a benign ecosystem environment of innovation and entrepreneurship edu-cation at the macro level.In this way,the innovation and entrepreneurship education system at all lev-els can be connected and connected,and a lifelong education network for innovation and entrepreneur-ship with clear levels,resource sharing and organic connection will be established to provide a solid tal-ent base and sustainable power for the innovative development of China.
