Exploration and Innovation of Digital Transformation of European Government Governance
At present,the pace of digital transformation on a global scale is accelerating,and the digital transformation of government governance plays an important role in improving the efficiency of digital society governance.By analyzing the strategic texts related to the digital transformation of European government governance,explore the challenges,overall strategic goals,and innovative measures faced by European government governance in the process of digital transformation.Research has found that the digital transformation of European government governance faces challenges such as uneven develop-ment of digital governments across countries,difficulties in cross-border and cross departmental com-munication,and a lack of digital skills among citizens;European countries actively introduce overall strategies for government digital transformation;Emphasis is placed on cultivating digital skills,gov-ernment as a platform,open data sharing,and data privacy protection.The research findings provide reference for the digital transformation of government governance in China.
