基于CiteSpace的组织韧性研究进展及趋势分析

选择 2010-2022 年作为研究区间,运用文献计量方法对 Web of Science 核心数据库中以组织韧性为主题的 627 篇文献,使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化数据分析.结果显示,组织韧性发文量呈现逐年递增的趋势;组织韧性研究领域科研力量地域分布不均,不同国家组织韧性的研究水平存在差距;研究机构较为集中,且多数机构之间存在着紧密的联系,而作者分布呈现出整体分散、局部集中的特点;组织韧性的研究可以归纳为其前置因素、作用效果以及情境研究 3 个方面;数字化转型、技术创新、人力资源管理等视角成为塑造组织韧性的研究前沿.
Abstract
This paper chooses 2010-2022 as the research interval,and uses the bibliometric method to analyze the 627 articles in the core database of Web of Science with the theme of"organizational resili-ence",and uses CiteSpace software to visualize the data analysis.The results show that:the number of articles on organizational resilience shows an increasing trend year by year;the geographical distribu-tion of research power in the field of organizational resilience is uneven,and there is a gap in different countries;research institutions are more concentrated and most of them are closely linked,while the distribution of authors is characterized by overall dispersion and local concentration;research on organi-zational resilience can be categorized into its antecedents,role effects,and contextual studies;perspec-tives such as digital transformation,technological innovation,and human resource management have e-merged as research frontiers in shaping organizational resilience.
