The Research Focus and Direction of Inclusive Leadership:Visual Analysis Based on Knowledge Mapping Software
Inclusive Leadership,as a brand-new management model,is characterized by its openness,efficiency and friendliness to motivate employees.Caps theory emphasizes that contextual characteris-tics have an impact on employee behavior.In this paper,475 articles about inclusive leadership in CNKI database are transformed into quantitative charts by using the visualization technology of CiteSpace,therefore,we can understand the present situation,hot spots and future development trend of this field more intuitively.The results show that the number of papers published on inclusive leadership is in-creasing on the whole and decreasing after 2022 The focus of inclusive leadership is on the positive or negative impact on individual or team,and the related research focuses on"Innovation behavior","Psy-chological capital","Power distance"and so on,research direction also tends to diversify.
