工程硕士产教融合培养联盟稳定性分析

随着工程硕士招生数量不断增加,招生规模不断扩大,其正面临着如何实现多主体协同培养模式创新及其质量保障的严峻挑战.构造了一个工程硕士产教融合培养联盟模式,分析联盟中利益相关主体合作稳定性的影响因素.通过构建政府、学校、企业三方的演化博弈模型,将工程硕士能力转化收益指标引入博弈,推导出"政府参与联盟,企业维护联盟,学校积极培养"是三方博弈的最优策略.研究还表明:学校策略选择、不同时期政府实施差异化奖惩措施以及校企利益分配比例是影响联盟稳定性的重要因素.
Stability Analysis of Production-teaching Integration Training Alliance for Master of Engineering
With the increase of the number of engineering master enrollment,the enrollment scale con-tinues to expand,but at the same time,it is also facing the severe challenge of how to realize the multi-subject collaborative training model innovation and its quality assurance mechanism.This paper constructs an alliance model of the integration of industry and education for master of engineering,and analyzes the factors affecting the stability of the cooperation of stakeholders in the alliance.By con-structing the evolutionary game model of government,school and enterprise,the ability of engineering master is transformed into the income index into the game,and the optimal strategy of the three-party game is deduced that"government participates in the alliance,enterprise maintains the alliance,and school actively cultivates".The results show that the school strategy choice,the different reward and punishment measures implemented by the government in different periods and the school-enterprise profit distribution ratio are important factors affecting the stability of the alliance.
