创新型人才培养是 21 世纪高等教育的重要任务.创新型人才培养的价值指向性是培养符合新时代国家社会需要以及个体成长要求的创新型人才.但高校创新型人才培养存在一些问题,根源在于"智身分离"的二元论知识哲学传统主导着高校的教育理念与教育模式,限制着人才培养过程中知识与实践的有效联结.高校要科学把握大学生的创新认知,满足其创新意愿,建立有效的创新激励机制,促进大学生创新型人才成长.
College Students'Innovation Cognition and Innovation Motivation under the Background of Cultivating Innovative Talents
The cultivation of innovative talents is an important theme of higher education in the 21st century.The value orientation of training innovative talents is to train innovative talents who meet the national and social needs and individual growth requirements in the era of innovative economy.Howev-er,there are many difficulties in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.The root cause is that the dualistic tradition of knowledge philosophy,which separates knowledge education from practice education,dominates the educational idea and mode of colleges and universities and re-stricts the effective connection between knowledge and practice in the process of talent cultivation.Col-leges and universities should grasp college students'innovation cognition scientifically,meet their in-novation expectations,and establish an effective innovation incentive mechanism to promote the growth of college students'innovative talents.
