摘要
职业教育产教融合在组织生态上呈现出复杂的样态,具有参与主体数量急剧增加、类型趋于多元、新兴主体渗透等特征.首先比较多元主体在产教融合过程中形成的 3 种关系模式(线性、网络和共生),发现 3 种关系模式存在演化关系,且处于不同演化阶段的关系模式共存是当前产教融合多元主体治理面临的现实;其次从治理理论出发,搭建产教融合多元主体治理框架,提炼不同关系模式下产教融合治理的共性,并从目标、结构和关键点等不同角度分析其差异;最后从政府视角提出优化产教融合多元主体治理的对策建议.
Abstract
The integration of industry and education in vocational education presents a complex pattern in the organizational ecology,characterized by a sharp increase in the number of participating entities,a trend towards diversity in types,and the infiltration of emerging entities.Firstly,by comparing the three relationship models(linear,network,and symbiotic)formed by multiple subjects in the process of industry education integration,it is found that there is an evolutionary relationship among the three relationship models,and the coexistence of relationship models in different stages of evolution is the current reality facing the governance of multiple subjects in industry education integration;Secondly,starting from governance theory,we will build a multi subject governance framework for industry edu-cation integration,extract the commonalities of industry education integration governance under differ-ent relationship models,and analyze their differences from different perspectives such as goals,struc-tures,and key points;Finally,from the perspective of the government,propose countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the governance of diversified entities in the integration of industry and educa-tion.
