Research on the Influence Mechanism of Participatory Leadership on Employees'Initiative Behavior:The Moderating Role of Self-monitoring Personality
Enterprises are the main driving force to promote economic development.How to stimulate the operation of enterprises more effectively and let internal employees make a difference spontaneously has become the key point to promote the development of enterprises.From the perspective of self-de-termination,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of participatory leadership style on employ-ees'initiative behavior,clarifies the intermediary role of job prosperity,and enriches the boundary conditions of employees'personality traits.Empirical research shows that participatory leadership can further stimulate employees'initiative behavior by stimulating their job prosperity,and employees'self-monitoring personality plays a positive role in this process,that is,under the influence of high self-monitoring level,the positive influence of job prosperity on employees'initiative behavior will be fur-ther enhanced.The discovery of this action path expands the relationship between participatory leader-ship style and employee's initiative behavior,points out the significance of employee's work prosperi-ty,guides enterprise managers to pay attention to employee's self-monitoring level,and provides cer-tain management enlightenment.
