摘要
为把握数字经济发展规律,促进河北省数字经济发展,基于 2011-2021 年河北省 11 个地级市面板数据探究河北省数字经济发展水平、时空格局演化和动态演进特征.从信息化发展、互联网发展、数字交易发展 3 个维度构建数字经济评价指标体系,并采用面板熵权法进行综合评分.研究发现:河北省各地市数字经济发展水平呈现稳步上升趋势;数字经济发展呈现明显的区域差异性、空间相关性和空间集聚性,区域差异来源主要来自区域内部差异,呈现出"缩小—扩大"的趋势;河北省及各区域的数字经济发展水平均在不断提高,但发展速度不同,冀东和冀南地区发展速度较为缓慢,冀北地区发展速度先大幅提升后逐渐下降,冀中地区呈现稳步发展态势.
Abstract
To grasp the law of digital economy development and promote the development of digital e-conomy in Hebei Province,based on the panel data of 11 cities from 2011 to 2021,this study explored the level of digital economy development,spatiotemporal pattern evolution,and dynamic evolution characteristics in Hebei Province.A comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy was constructed from three dimensions:information technology development,internet development,and digital transaction development,and the panel entropy weight method is used for comprehensive sco-ring.The study found that overall,the level of digital economy development in various cities in Hebei Province is steadily increasing.The development of digital economy exhibits significant regional differ-ences,spatial correlation,and spatial agglomeration,with regional differences mainly coming from in-ternal differences,showing a"narrowing-expanding"trend.The level of digital economy development in Hebei Province and the regions is continuously improving,but the development speeds differ.The development speed in the eastern and southern regions of Hebei is relatively slow,the development speed in the northern region of Hebei first increases significantly and then gradually decreases,and the central region of Hebei shows a steady development trend.
