The digital economy has changed the traditional mode of production,promoted urban innova-tion and entrepreneurial activities,and has become an important driver to promote urban labor produc-tivity.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of the improvement of labor productivity in dig-ital economy-enabled cities from three dimensions:labor allocation efficiency,enterprise technological innovation and labor market development.Then,it expounds the historical logic of the improvement of labor productivity in digital economy-enabled cities from three aspects:the background of technological progress,the profound changes formed in industrial upgrading,and the great practice of market de-mand.Finally,it explores the practical logic of the improvement of labor productivity in digital econo-my-enabled cities from the dimensions of digital infrastructure construction,digital economy personnel training,and digital economy security.
