Challenges and Strategies in the Digitization Transformation of Social Security Administration
Digital transformation is the core path for the high-quality development of public services,therefore,the current government has formulated a large number of strategic deployments on the con-struction of digital public services.As an important part of public services,the digital transformation of social security services reflects the level of modernization construction of the Chinese government.This study analyzes the management,service,and data quality issues faced by the digital transformation of social security services from the perspective of the municipal human resources and social security bu-reau.And analyzed the reform experience and effectiveness of social security management from the his-torical stage of government digital transformation.Explored the needs of the masses and social security bureaus for digital transformation in the context of modernization,and proposed innovative mecha-nisms for digital transformation,including subject collaboration,motivation,and resource mobiliza-tion.Finally,based on innovative mechanisms,an optimization path for digital transformation was pro-posed from management,service,and data quality optimization.
