Research on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Double innovation education for Postgraduate Students in Colleges and Universities Based on the Perspective of Resource Sharing
Conducting research on double innovation education for postgraduate students is beneficial for enhancing educational quality and accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents.This study utilizes a questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of double innovation educa-tion for postgraduate students at the Institute of Disaster Prevention.The research findings are as fol-lows:Variation exists in the degree of resource sharing in double innovation education for postgraduate students.Overall,the majority of respondents perceive a certain level of resource sharing,while a smaller proportion considers the sharing to be inadequate.Postgraduate students from different disciplines and aca-demic years exhibit diverse perceptions of resource sharing.Graduate tutors aged under 30 and 51-60 years old are more active in resource sharing,while tutors aged 31-50 years old are less willing to share resources.The role of the postgraduate student administration department in promoting resource sharing is limited.Re-source sharing avenues include academic exchanges,practical bases,double innovation courses,and off-cam-pus tutor resources.Major issues concerning resource sharing encompass weak continuity and stability of poli-cies,unequal resource sharing information,challenges in information acquisition,and unfair resource alloca-tion.Influencing factors for resource sharing encompass individual characteristics of postgraduate students,re-search directions,the recognition and importance attached to double innovation education by university lead-ers,institutional situations and mechanisms,mentor conditions,and societal demands.These research find-ings provide valuable insights for promoting the high-quality development of double innovation educa-tion for postgraduate students in colleges and universities with special needs projects.
