Professional Cluster of"Special New BusinessMajor"in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Digital Education Research on Talent Cultivation Mode Innovation
In the era of digital economy,digital technology and the real economy are deeply integrated,and digital products,operation mode,management mode and other comprehensive changes in the com-mercial field have emerged,new industries,new forms and new modes,and enterprises are in urgent need of new business talents who are familiar with new technologies,new tools and new management in the commercial field,and who have the digital professional qualities.Vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating diversified technical and skilled talents for the national development strategy of digital economy.In order to cope with the changes in the demand for technical and skilled talents in the era of digital economy,it is urgent for business education to implant the thinking of digit-al economy and innovate the mode of talent cultivation.In recent years,there have been some vocation-al colleges and universities actively exploring the reform of digital intellectual talent training to boost the construction of new business majors,but the effect is not ideal.This paper explores the innovation of talent cultivation mode of new business major group in vocational colleges under the background of digital education,it puts forward the specific path of innovative talent cultivation mode in five aspects:'Civic leadership,education first';'integration of arts and sciences,integration of business and indus-try';'technology empowerment,familiarity with tools';'service to the region,superposition of strengths';and'practical application,performance instead of examination',which responds to the ur-gent demand for change of vocational education of business majors in the digital era through technologi-cal changes and social changes.It responds to the urgent demands of technological changes and social changes in the digital era on vocational education of business majors;it seeks a direction for the innova-tive development of traditional business professional groups in many vocational colleges based on prac-tice,which is of great significance for improving the quality of business professional talents training,cultivating composite business talents for the society to adapt to the needs of the development of the digital era,and meeting the requirements of regional industries,trades and enterprises,and then pro-moting the development of regional economy and the digital economy.
