摘要
工业互联网时代催生了对机电一体化领域专业技术人才需求,而职业院校应及时关注应用型人才的培养,融合专业理论、工程实践于一体,为装备制造产业的发展提供新时代技能人才支撑.基于此,提出基于"赛企教"三融合纵向贯通人才培养模式,以行业企业标准与世界技能大赛机电一体化项目为依托,建立赛企教三融合纵向贯通的课程体系,构建赛企教人才培养评价模式,搭建以赛促学、以赛促教、训赛对接、赛教融通的专业实践教学体系,形成以企业、学校、世赛三方面相融合的"赛企教"三融合纵向贯通的工匠型人才培养方案,促进机电一体化专业教育教学改革的创新与实践.
Abstract
