The rapid development of computer science and technology,particularly artificial intelligence(AI),has significantly transformed human psychology,behavior,community interaction patterns,and the dynamics of social organizations.Although technological innovation brings convenience,it presents challenges,including data security and algorithm fairness.Current models and policies of technological innovation have institutional deficiencies.The social responsibility associated with technological innova-tion has garnered attention.Governments worldwide have released plans and reports of AI ethics,high-lighting the significance and urgency of solving ethical issues in the field of AI.Existing literature pri-marily concentrates on developed economies like Europe and the United States,failing to consider Chi-na's context.Therefore,this study adopts the"technology for good"perspective and employs biblio-metrics to analyze the literature on AI ethics over the past five years.It aims to identify current chal-lenges related to AI ethics and provide suggestions for relevant research and policies.While seeking e-conomic growth and fostering social inclusivity by utilizing AI,technology companies should address AI-related ethics,bias,and privacy issues.
