The implementation of the overall national security concept has raised enterprise data security governance to a strategic height,and the acceleration of the process of enterprise digital reform requires enterprises to pay attention to the construction of data security.At present,China's enterprise data se-curity governance focuses on the promulgation of relevant laws,the planning of relevant regulatory de-partments,and the security of enterprise data cross-border flow in the context of economic globaliza-tion.Based on the shortcomings of current enterprise data governance,the paper improves data securi-ty governance from three approaches:governance subject,governance procedure and governance guar-antee,and provides ideas for exploring enterprise data security governance system.
