While the popularity of artificial intelligence creation software has set off a new wave of artifi-cial intelligence creation,artificial intelligence software itself is also evolving into a new high-tech crim-inal tool.Some developers use artificial intelligence to distort,tamper with,and plagiarize other peo-ple's existing works and seeking a large amount of illegal profits.Based on the interpretation of the purpose of the criminal law,the degree of infringement of legal interests by this type of behavior is al-ready equivalent to the"copying"exercise stipulated in the traditional criminal law,and has constituted a new form of intelligent copyright infringement crime.In order to give full play to the regulatory role of the criminal law,the concept of"copying"in Article 217 of the Criminal Law should be expanded to cover the behavior of distorting,tampering with,and plagiarizing other people's works.
